Southshore Falls

Southshore Falls is a Del Webb 55 plus community located in Apollo Beach, Hillsborough County Florida. Apollo Beach is a thriving waterfront Tampa suburb located on Tampa Bay.  It is a wonderful place to live the outdoor life.  The city is home to a manatee viewing station, a coral conservation center, a sea turtle rehabilitation center, a county park and campground, a 64-acre nature preserve,  a community water park and recreation center, a skate park, plus waterfront dining, boating, kayaking, fishing and area golf. 

Southshore Falls is a luxurious, yet affordable, maintenance-free active adult community that is gated and staffed 24/7.  We have three heated pools, a fitness center, pickleball, tennis, bocce and shuffleboard courts, as well as nearly five miles of walking trails, numerous ponds, and plenty of trees, bushes and colorful flowers.  The spacious clubhouse has a ballroom with a kitchen, internet cafe, billiards room, arts and craft room and staff offices.  The fitness center houses up-to-date equipment, televisions, and bathrooms with showers.

There are 866 single and attached homes spread across acres of lush,  professionally landscaped grounds. The Homeowner Association manages the community in collaboration with a contracted property management company. Resident committees contribute to the operation of the community on many things, such as community maintenance, architectural reviews, procurement of service and grounds oversight.
